Effectively Controls Candida Yeast Infections Telling patients they need to go on a strict candida diet in order to fight candida has got to be frustrating. You get an unhappy patient who is not likely to comply. And it certainly doesn't win you any popularity contests. Especially if the patient does go on the diet, and they are still dealing with candida a year later.
